Mr. Earth Rivers 2014 pageant is a specially designed pageant project aimed at checkmating the human hazards associated with our daily interaction with Mother Nature. It’s a quest to save the earth from eventual collapse by crusading for human friendly interface with our environment.

The masculine pageant is to encourage young and smart RIVERS MALES to own an enterprise, promote tourism in the country and live a healthy life of purpose by giving back to the society.

This national pageant is the most anticipated male pageant in the country. It is conceptualized with masculine outdoor activities, thrilling event, public presentations, and talent fun routine and courtesy visits. Indeed, a nation-wide search for the best male model/representative from the biggest and most populous black nation in the world to be the pride of Africa, Nigeria.

It is worthy to mention that MR. Earth Rivers pageant will be the fastest growing male pageant in Africa with over 50 Million people viewing from 36 States of the Country and over 12 Africa Countries, and it will be aired on Silver Bird, Africa magic and DSTV with millions of audience watching and looking forward to the crowning of Nigeria Most Adorable Man.

The winner of Mr. Earth Rivers will move to Abuja to compete with other 35 state finalists for the Ultimate prize of 1 million naira, a car and a one year modeling contract.

The broad Objective of the Mr. Earth contest is to promote the positive image of the Nigeria Youth from different states of the Federation by displaying their rich culture, sharing their diversity in the spirit of unity and showcasing their talent to a multicultural society, above all to protect and preserve God’s gift of nature.

Mr. Earth Rivers is packaged by DITV productions, a registered entertainment Exquisite entertainment, a fast growing Port Harcourt and Abuja based event management, showbiz and modeling outfit.

MISSION

The Mr. Earth pageant inspires and empowers the youths to develop and utilize their strengths, creativity and inner qualities to positively impact Nigeria, contributes to the economic growth and preserves mother nature as an ambassador of Culture and Tourism.

VISION

Mr. Earth Rivers must be an individual who has the ability to communicate and inspire people in his community. He must possess an innate personality and a positive attitude.

These are contributing factors in the selection of Nigeria’s perfect gentleman.

Contestants will be judged on interview where independent judges will ask questions to determine their views on life, the earth, family, commitment and passion towards volunteerism and how they plan to make a difference to their country regardless of the outcome of the pageant.

Although physical fitness is an element of competition, taking pride in ones body is more important than its actual shape and size.

Contestants will compete in traditional wear, physical, fitness, talent hunt and evening wear.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

· A Rivers Male citizen or indigene by number of years stayed(10 years or more)

· Five feet , 9 inches and above.

· Age 18-27

· S.S.C.E Holders (Minimum Qualification)

· Must be ready to travel Abroad.

· Must be fluent in English.
